Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Iśanah. We are committed to delivering your favorite home, beauty, and tech essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification email and SMS (if a phone number is provided) once your order has been dispatched.

  • Priority Dispatch: Orders placed using a Prepaid payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) are pushed to the front of our fulfillment queue.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We are proud to offer pan-India shipping across all serviceable pin codes.

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal handling fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders to cover courier cash-handling charges.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5 to 8 business days.

    • Rest of India (including North East & J&K): 7 to 10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to high volume during sales, extreme weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with your package's live status.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To keep our prices low and prevent fraudulent orders, we have a few guidelines for COD:

  • You may receive a quick automated call or WhatsApp message to confirm your order before we pack it. Unconfirmed COD orders may be canceled.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact cash amount ready.

  • Want to save money? Pay online at checkout to get an automatic 10% OFF your total cart value and free shipping!

5. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times.

  • If you are unavailable, reject the parcel, or have provided an incomplete address, the package will be returned to us.

  • Please double-check your address, pin code, and phone number at checkout. Iśanah is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • For prepaid orders returned due to customer unavailability, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 100 will be deducted from your final refund.

6. Damages & Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if the outer packaging looks tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you open the package and find a damaged or missing item, please record an unboxing video and email it to us at isanahecom@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement.
